ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO JOIN OUR RIDE

WHO IS ELIGIBLE

  1. Riders from the five states (TN, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana) and Puducherry UT are welcome to join.

  2. Whether you’re an amateur, an occasional biker, or an experienced rider, you’re eligible.

  3. Riders from other states in India who have a personal connection with one of the Founding Members may also be considered, provided all other conditions are met.

  4. We welcome riders with a penchant for exploring new and less touristy destinations, rather than the usual spots.

  5. For Mountain tours (Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Arunachal), it’s preferable that riders have previously participated in a non-mountainous tour with RIDE. (Exemptions apply for Meghalaya Tours, and riders owning a 200cc+ motorcycle.)

  6. Small groups of friends seeking a personalized tour are eligible, subject to meeting other conditions.

  7. Pillions are encouraged to join us. Please confirm whether you’ll be riding with your own partner or if you’d like to ride with a RIDE member as a pillion, prior to the tour.

  8. If we arrange for a back-up vehicle on any of our tours, clients who prefer to accompany the tour rather than ride can also join, provided other conditions are met.

  9. Riders who wish to use their own motorcycles on the tour must have their confirmation approved by RIDE. Vehicle type, quality, and other aspects will be considered before approval.

  10. Anyone willing to appreciate our pricing for the quality of experience we provide is eligible.

  11. Foreign Nationals are welcome to join any of our tours.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE

  1. Riders/Pillions who are not residents of the specified states in the eligibility criteria, unless they have been referred by our trusted partners, may not meet the eligibility criteria. Please reach out to us for more information.

  2. Riders who are interested in exclusively riding on highways are not considered eligible. We view highway riding as potentially risky and not in line with promoting tourism.

  3. We maintain fixed pricing, reflective of the quality of service we offer. We do not encourage Riders/Pillions who attempt to negotiate on our prices.

  4. We do not cater to luxury tourism. Our accommodations are modest and welcoming, and our routes are characterized by their rugged yet enjoyable nature.

  5. Riders without personal accident and adventure insurance coverage are not considered eligible for our tours.

  6. Riders/Pillions with significant medical conditions are not eligible to participate.

  7. Individuals inclined towards road rage racing and street stunts are not considered eligible for our tours.
