DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day 1: Fly to Aizawl from your Home City 

  • Arrive Aizawl (Flight/Train). Rental Bike Check.

  • Explore around Aizawl City today. Solomon Temple and Durtlang.

(This day is a short day. We will reach Aizawl by 3pm at Lengpui Airport. We will complete the ILP and Mpass formalities here before heading to Aizawl city which is 30 kms away)

Day 2: Aizawl to Reiek and Ailawng (35 Kms) 

  • We will explore Reiek Mountain Peak today. Enroute, we will cover Khawhpawp Waterfalls!

  • Traverse through the River Tlawng and head towards Khuangchera Puk and Ailawng for Caving Exploration

Day 3: Aizawl to Thenzawl (90 Kms) 

  • Crossing Serchhip and Aizawl Districts, we will enter the barren terrain that leads to the Mizoram’s South Capital at Lunglei. We will Pitstop at Thenzawl for the night. Day 3 & 4 consists of exploring Tropic of Cancer, Mizo Khua, Tuirihiau Waterfalls and Vanatawng Falls among other places.

Day 4: Thenzawl to Aizawl (90 Kms) 

  • Riding back the same route we took on Day 3, we will cover Sibuta Lung today. And we will have time to eat out at Aizawl and this gives us option to try various local receipes and drinks that Mizoram has to offer!

Day 5: Fly off from Aizawl 

  • On Day 5, we offer two options. Either to stay back and explore parts of Northern Mizoram on the Kolasib route and the route towards Lalsavunga or Fly back to Home town if you have time constraints. It is advisable to take the flight out of Aizawl in the afternoon hours as the distance from City to Airport is 30 Kilometers and it takes about 2 hours to travel from City to the Airport.
    (The cost of Stay and Bike, if you want to stay back and explore on Day 5, is not included with the package)

Important Things to Note:
  • Souvenirs can be obtained on Day 1 or Day 2.
  • The bikes will all be scooter variant.
  • The roads are pretty decent in Mizoram
  • Mizoram is one of the safest places to travel within India,
